733 and 777 Summer Avenue, Stamford, CT

This is a pair of 1965 office buildings in Stamford. The difference is in the orientation with 777’s longer facade facing the street while 733’s is turned so that its narrower facade faces the street. The facades appear original with metal trim in the international style. The building’s entrance levels are articulated with concrete piers to give a pedestal effect. The plantings soften the boxy building envelopes.
