Cornerstone Bank, Stamford, CT

This decidedly low-key bank branch in Stamford was built in 1955. It was originally a Cornerstone Bank but currently houses a First Niagara location. However, First Niagara have decided to move several blocks further up Summer Street to a new structure. Given the small scale of this building and the growth of Stamford, which has rapidly redeveloped since the 1970s, it seems this building may not last long.
