Two comparable mid-century office buildings amidst the more traditional architecture of Delaware Avenue in Buffalo.
570 Delaware dates from 1961 and incorporates beige brick and a glass curtain wall, that looks to have been more recently updated. The first floor entrance is recessed and next to the side entrance is a mid-century metal sculpture.
Directly next door is 584 Delaware Avenue from 1962. This building of alternating white brick and blue panels seems to be relatively untouched in comparison to its neighbor. Its first floor entrance is also recessed with an entrance for vehicles on the left side.
