Located at 259 Delaware Avenue is this television station complex. It was designed by architects Hess and Gorey and dates from 1969-1972. The first picture is of the entrance plaza, which places the entrance perpendicular to the street. The plaza sculpture, seen here in close-up, is by Larry Griffis and was supposedly originally the centerpiece of a fountain until it was filled in.
The side of the building facing Delaware Avenue is fairly inconspicuous with narrow slat windows on the brick base and a screen shielding the upper facade, which can be seen better in the last picture.
