This  multipurpose building is located at the corner of Walnut and 34th Streets and was built in 1967 by Martin, Stewart, Nobel and Class. They also designed at least one other building at UPenn, a high school, First Pennsylvania Bank near Independence Mall and two libraries, all in Philadelphia.
