White Plains Public Library, White Plains, NY

This is the main branch of the White Plains Public Library, a typical Brutalist-style structure from 1974. It fits in well with the rest of downtown White Plains, which was largely demolished through urban renewal in the 1960s and is now dominated by car-oriented retail and commercial complexes.
