Chatham Green, Chinatown, NYC

Directly across the street from their slightly-later and more noted Chatham Towers is Kelly & Gruzen’s undulating Chatham Green from 1960-61. The building contains over 400 units and was built for the middle-income residents. It supposedly contains no public interior corridors and each apartment has two exposures.
