This one-lot-wide community house, at 3 West 65th Street, sits behind Holy Trinity Lutheran Church just off Central Park West. The architect was Charles E. Tilton, who I have not been able to locate anything else about. It was constructed in 1955-56.
The facade is mainly in brick with a few mid-century touches at street level including the flat metal roof over the entrance and the simple stained-glass panes of the window.
