Mundane Mondays: 14708 Ventura Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA

I thought we’d start with something truly mundane, courtesy of reader Adam R. This building in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles has been a bank (possibly originally built as such), more recently a gym and is now for sale and slowly decaying. The picture shows it in quite a decrepit state, the google street view is less so. The louvered projection above the entrance provides some variation on an otherwise flat facade. The building was built in 1956 and renovated in 1970 according to property records.
