Following up on my recent post of another Emigrant Savings Bank branch, this is a small, slightly run-down branch at 395 Sixth Avenue in Manhattan. According the LPC designation report, the front was altered in 1958, but this looks as if it could have been changed again in the late 60s or early 70s. The centered clock and flagpole are key elements to the strongly centered facade.
