Beneficent House, Providence, RI

Here is a picture of Paul Rudolph’s 1969 Beneficent House, a senior living facility in Providence, RI. I don’t like this nearly as much as many other Rudolph buildings. His signature brutalism is muted here. But supposedly the elderly love the place and there is a waiting list for admission.
